Choosing the right service
Which service do I need if I am buying and selling at once?
The combined sale and purchase quote. It covers both transactions as one instruction and is normally cheaper than commissioning each separately, because the two have to be synchronised anyway. See [selling and buying together](/services/sale-and-purchase/).
Do you quote for commercial property?
No. Our quotes cover residential conveyancing in England and Wales. Commercial property involves different contracts, different due diligence and often VAT and lease structures that a residential calculator cannot price properly.
Can you quote for a transfer of equity?
A transfer of equity — adding or removing someone from the title, often after a separation or when a partner moves in — is usually handled alongside a remortgage. Start with a [remortgage quote](/services/remortgage/) and mention the transfer, so the conveyancer can price both together.
What if my move does not fit any of these?
