Cookies Policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They help websites work, remember preferences and measure usage.
2. Cookies we use
- Strictly necessary: required for site functionality (e.g. session, security). These cannot be turned off and do not store any identifying information.
- Analytics (consent required): we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are most useful. GA4 is loaded in a consent-denied state by default — no analytics or advertising cookies are stored on your device until you explicitly accept via our consent banner. Data collected is aggregated and anonymous.
We do not currently use the quote calculator as an embedded third-party script — quote details are submitted to our recommended conveyancing partner server-side, so no third-party cookies are set on your device from the quote flow.
3. Managing your consent
When you first visit the site you'll see a consent banner with three options: Accept all, Reject optional, and Manage preferences. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site or by contacting us — see our Privacy Policy for contact details.
4. Managing cookies in your browser
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect site functionality.
